Battling with Different Treament Options

We have been battling with Ethan's ear infection for a week now. We tried to avoid using antibiotics by substituting with alternative treatments such as Chinese Medicine and Naturopathic medicine.

He started with stuffy nose last Saturday and complained about earache on Sunday. We started to give him Naturopathic medicine hopefully would cure it. And he developed a mild fever, we brought him to see a Chinese medicine doctor and Naturopathic doctor. However, his fever still lingering and crying for pain. Especially after short-acting pain killer wore off. After 3 agonizing days, we brought him to see our family doctor and got the antibiotics.

After taking the antibiotics, he gradullay back to himself and didn't complain about earache anymore, and had a good sleep last night.

It's tough being parents and need to decide which medical treatment is right and best suit for your kids. What is best and what is right. Tough to choose and really rely on God's wisdom I guess.
